Yes thank you for the reminder of course you are right the middle way is a different experience than the extremes we tended to gravitate to and must end in the culmination of oneness. Thank you also for the book through Lori. It seems Debbie Ford was just here recently. An energising feeling is definitely a different feeling than that brought about by the supression and waste of precious energies.
