Another tip - beet root juice next day will flash your liver causing secondary ejection of bile with the rest of stones.

Also remember - it takes time for stones to travel from inside of the liver, so wait 3-4 weeks before next cleansing.

Full moon ± a few days is the best time for the flush - don't miss the one this weekend.
