I too am taking the maximum (I've seen printed for my particular type) Iodine dose per day. 8 drops twice daily

It was rough-going for awhile, but it's so weird yet wonderful NOT to have even the slightest of problems with my heart! nada zip nothing

Good strong rhythmic beat! GOD, it's wonderful!
