Hi Megan!

I would plan on a liver cleanse before my trip. It's so easy to do. The recipe is listed in Dr. Clark's forum or on the homepage--left hand side---liver cleanse. It takes so little of your time and the benefits you reap from this cleanse will be so well worth everything!!

But, just keep in mind that you should cleanse 2-3 weeks apart until you see no more stones. One flush doesn't remove all of your stones.
