Thanks to you who responded to my message when I was so down yesterday. I really, really appreciate it and I feel buoyed up again. I DO feel better today. The lower dose of ES avoided the extreme diarrhoea but it is not so psychologically satisfying because I knew more stones came out this morning (I could see some in the stool) but I wasn't going to poke around and so I don't have much of an idea of how much has been passed. The ones today were like the ones in other flushes - look just like broad beans in size and colour. Spirit - please see my reply to your post about my 'seeds' in this flush.

Can anyone offer reassurance about stressing the liver with flushes and coffee enemas or am I getting paranoid?

I never thought I would be so interested in my bowel movements or those of scores of other people I have never seen. But it really is great being part of such a supportive bunch of people.
