I'm with you...the Epsom Salts is the WORST! I found that magnesium citrate in oral solution (one brand is Citroma) works just as well and is much easier to get down. It's a liquid, comes in a small bottle and is usually cherry flavored and a bit effervescent...often found by the Epsom Salts or other laxative surgical-prep supplies.
