Pau d'Arco and Essiac are good, but I wouldn't put all my homes into just few herbs ... I would also do full cleansing:

- dental cleanup (extraction of teeth with Amalgam and root canal)
- Bowel Cleanse + parasites cleanse
- kidney cleanse
- liver cleanse

- Good diet!
- emotional and spiritual healing!
