I keep hearing everyone complaining about the olive oil mixture - which I did not find to be a problem at all!! I was more worried about the texture than the taste. I mixed 1/2cup olive oil with 3/4cup FRESH squeezed grapefruit juice and it made the solution very watery after it was shaken. I did not find the taste/texture to be nearly as bad as the Epsom Salts . I did not use any lemon juice in the entire flush. I am really happy about my results, but I am dreading the next flush with Epsom Salts - YUKKK!!!
