Each brand of Sardines at the store has a different source labeled on the container: Canada, USA, Norway, Mexico, Denmark, France, Spain, Scotland, Peru etc...

(I assume when the label says "A product of...", they mean where the fish was caught. Is this correct?)

Which sources have the lowest mercury contamination?
