Hard to say, I had systemic candida years ago.
It was such a surprise since I had never ever
had a vaginal yeast infection, but I sure loved
cheese, mushrooms, BEER. It took me 3 years of
dedicated dietary change and cleansing to get
clear and back in balance. It was worth the
effort and I still eat way better than I ever
did. I followed a protocol my naturopath uses
