I did the liver cleanse on Saturday and the results where not as good as in the past. :( I expelled some green stones, but not as many as in my past cleanse. In my past cleanse I used an olive oil with a stronger flavor. Therefore, I believe the kind of oil (extra virgin olive oil but with less flavor) I used on this ocassion had to do with the not-so-good results obtained...

I will do another liver cleanse in two weeks. Let´s see what happens...

Any suggestions?

Those of you who have been successful, please let me know which oil (brand) did you use? Thanks
