Yes, I have been on the Candida Forum . I am doing my best to follow protocol for it. Its very restricted and our world is unkind for those who try to avoid all forms of refined sugar.Its in just about everything and the joys of eating are limited. I try to keep in mind that my body thanks me! Candida sufferers love Sugar and they have to give up alot of foods. I wanted to try The Master Cleanse to give my stomach a rest, but was wondering if cayenne pepper would aggrivate a sensitive stomach. Thanks for your kind response.
