Hi gang,

I must respond to the last two posts. I totally agree that when you find something that works, DO IT!!!

But aside from any "Americanized Thinking" I may be guilty of, think about this: where did the protocols originate from anyway? Experimentation. There is even a post somewhere on the site that talks about it. Somebody theorized that something might work, or accidentally ate a combination of things, and noticed stones. Why, even the famous Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet that is so popular here was MADE UP by a doctor...he admitted he was just guessing, but he had success.

So, tell me, avocado aversions aside, would any of you really object if I found a way to make this whole process 1000% easier on everyone?

When I complete my thousanth, delicious-tasting and pleasant flush, I'll let you know. Until then, I will experiment, report my failures or successes, and continue being creative and interesting and unique. Which is who I am.

Let's flush the negativity, shall we?
