I can't answer your question, but I have a suggestion for you. You have made some good changes in your lifestyle!

A few weeks ago, I started to do what the following post recommends - I have no idea if it will take care of your problem, but it couldn't hurt and since it uses only natural products, it should not be a problem while nursing. I have been doing this at least twice a week for a few weeks and it works just like it says. I am 64 years oid and this makes my skin feel less dry without being oily, and I have great energy. Every thing she says is true. It should help everything in your system including your skin problem.
