I hear ya but please dont get so upset!
While it is nice to be reminded of what is in the Stanley Borroughs book, I just don't like being made to feel like I am BAD for using lower bowel balance becuase I can't tolerate butt pee or salt water. And before that person you refer to came along, there was some Master-Cleanse nazi yelling at everyone, about two years ago. I still post there but I don't ever let on that I do things a little differently!
