I do not know about goiterogens, but my dad used to give us four almonds every morning. If asked for more he would say it is not good for you to eat more as the effect of it will be negative. How? why? questions were never answered by dad or mom. They would say that is what Ayurveda says.

Anyway, I have stopped taking soy products because they definitely have goiterogens.
