I am happy to share with you the improvements I have experienced. They are:

Improved digestion of fats (this is ongoing). Fats used to make me have indigestion and serious fatigue/sluggishness.

Significantly more energy. Before flushing I was researching growth hormone because I felt like an old man in a young man's body. This is the most profound benefit so far. I am amazed sometimes.

Significant reduction in allergy symptoms. I used to take medication. In the last couple of years I stopped the medication but still had symptoms. I rarely have allergy symptoms now.

Normalization of bowel movements.

I believe that my liver/gallbladder is not totally clean yet, as I am not totally symptom fee yet. Now that I know what the flush can do I am a huge fan and will continue.
