My first sympton was dizziness and it got worse and worse with back pains, neck pains, nausea, food intolerances - all symptons of gallbladder disease but I didn't know it and my doctors didn't know it. That was two and a half years ago. I suspected gallbladder but was assured it was not because nothing showed up on the ultrasound. Since starting the flushes, have done two now, it is improving and I have read on this site that other people have had the dizziness too. However, symptoms vary from person to person and I think dizziness is one of the less common symptoms. Keep flushing - I don't know the physiology but I do know it is to do with a congested liver.
