I seem to recall that some people do feel a little off the next day. If my memory serves me right, it has to do with the little nasty wigglies (parasites) that are beginning to die and release the toxins/bacterias and other assorted stuff that they carry in them. Still, better an off day or two than to keep all those nasty things inside you.
