Hi Maya,
I was wondering what had happened to you. I am glad to hear you are allright. Do you have any websites that you can recommend for a beginner regarding (deep) meditation? I have never done any meditation and it actually sounds pretty intriguing. I found this site but don't know how good it is. Thanks.
