Thanks Optimum.

I was not hungry after eating the oils but I still got hungry by 9:30 am. Ate the oils before leaving for work around 7 am. I seemed to just eat and eat, in the evening. I do not think I ate 2,300 cals. but I cannot honestly say.

For some reason, (maybe a habit?) I have been eating until I get so full...not comfortable but Full. I thought when I added oils in it would be different but here again, maybe I am just doing what I have done for so long...eating on auto pilot.

I will cut back on oils...either 1 T. of each OR 2 T. of whichever one, switching it up as you suggest.

I will also take a hard look at what I am eating and why.
