Hi,ive had good sucess with coptis & curcuma taken together available from Julia Chang.These have always stopped my attacks.I have had good sucess avoiding attacks by diet.This is very strict and difficult to adhere to however.It requires discipline.Of late I have felt much better with the diet and have been able to increase the volume.For awhile I could hardly eat anything and almost nothing in quantity.
