I have talked to the people at glycobiotics, the makers of G*********n, at length and while I can't say that it is better than any particular recipe that you may have. I can attest to the ingredients they use being of the highest quality, and their manufacturing process to the highest standards. In fact their facility is registered with the FDA and meets or exeeds the FDA's GMP which many other glyconutient makers do not. If you call glycobiotics they can also tell you exactly what is in their product, where they purchased their ingredients, and can even tell you every lot number of every ingredient in every package of product that leaves their facility, and can trace an ingredient them from a it's package back to it's source, as they maintain a extensive database of the manufacturing history.

If you cannot afford G*********n they will even point you in the right direction to information on making your own. So while I am not saying their recipe is better (you should read the info on their website) I will say they make a very high quality product.
