Thanx for giving me your opinion. That's great that it has helped your friends autism! I am just curious as to why exactly you feel that the G*********n is better than the recipe? The more information I have the better I am to make a decision. I will say that I have tried the recipe, and didn't feel like it did a whole lot more than up my energy level (I was hoping it would get rid of some pain too). what's your thoughts?
