Thank you both for your kind words. What I wrote comes from things gleaned here at CureZone through everyone's willingness to share their experiences and knowledge, and from benefiting first hand from the support and vast resources made available in this wonderful community.

As for the graham crackers, I am so glad that you have found that they help. I imagine your body has been asking for the nutrients and sugars (glycogen?) to heal the liver. It is great that you post, so that we can rememeber this, and understand where some of these cravings originate.

From what I gather, it may take the body - with proper support - about a year to rebalance itself. Maybe, after this time, the cravings will diminish?

As a matter of fact, there is also another thing that may help you a lot: fresh lemon juice. Lemon juice is excellent for the liver.

Here's an interesting note on lemon juice:

""it's anionic, electrons travel clockwise, all food we eat are cationic with the exception of lemon and if there is another I never found it, when it goes into the system it can be converted into some 6 billion different enzymes with less chemical change than any other natural substance known to man".

Lemon juice taken with water he claimed-- "taken periodically helps the liver. It takes 18 hours to form an amino acid in your body, that's one of the reasons you need that small little shot of lemon juice, for your liver, spread throughout the day. Lemon juice is nothing more than dilute hydrochloric acid".
