hi, has anyone tried the P&B shake, with the added CAPROIL?,,, the caproil kills candida while the p&b pushes it out. i always here of people doing p&b but noone mentions the most important ingredient CAPROIL!
im on week 2 of this cleanse, my BMs have increased to 3x per day, but no mucoid plaque yet. i think i need to up the number of shakes, im on 3 sometimes2 a day. has anyone tried this?

p.s. i dont even know if i have candida. would i know if i had it?..my symptoms are fatigue, mild depression, nutrient deficiencies especially vit Bs. can i have it?
