What are the ways to purge from the skin? I would think the cayenne simply brought something to the surface - a sort of attempt on the part of your body (??) to purge. Dunno. I thought it an intersting bath ingredient. Do you regret it?

Also, have you looked into Cunningham Fragilis (sp is way off on second word). I'll see what I can find. Also the Dermedox ("mites" - but I suspect this is a poorly descriptive word choice) stuff?
