Heres' my take (going on my own assumption or insight into just who the anons are, and each anons personal situation, education, level of understanding, length of time "at it"):

55 was not specifically referring to Strong. when discussing the importance of "purging" the dead.

22 might want to look into ultra red, amotosalen ACL and UV ray (long wavelength).
