...By accident, I found out how the capsules, themselves, affect me.

Because I was chicken, I took only part of a capsule for each of the first few doses, opening them and sprinkling the amount I wanted into hot/warm water.

Finally, for my next morning dose, I popped one whole capsule.

Mid-day I took a nap. And had the most disturbingly psychadelic dreams I have ever had in my life.

The only thing I had done differently was to swallow the gelatin capsule.

Why that affected me I don't know, but, there and then I decided I would never swallow another!

Several years ago another woman said she was emptying all her capsules. I wondered why. Now I know.
