I think a big key is to be consistent with OP. I usually take weekend breaks, and this week I missed Monday also. I did it yesterday, and it helped a little, but not much. This morning, I woke up wheezing a little bit, but it was a lot better than yesterday. I'm Op'ing right now, and I'm feeling a LOT better! Right now I'm just painting with Lugol's but will start taking internally soon.
