I don’t want to be thought of as a troll, but my last post was, on reflection, excessively negative. My apologies to everyone for that.

I do advise the guys I work with to seriously look into a hypoglycemic diet, and I use the book “Seven week to sobriety” as a tool in that regard. I accept that Sugar is a component in alcoholism and as so should be a component in recovery.

Admittedly I don’t talk about kudzu as a tool in recovery, but I will research it a bit further.

After all, the truth will set us free. And recovery is the goal, how we manage recovery is of much less importance than the fact that we do recover.

Again, my apologies to anyone to whom my earlier post offered only discouragement. That was not my desire
