Jeez, you have it wrong too~!
its 2 teaspoons (measuring spoons) per 1 quart of water.
1 quart of water = 4 cups of water
It can be helpful to drink some water prior to
the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) but I would not recommend drinking more
water after since you do not want to dilute it.
You are trying to mimic the salinity of your blood
and flush the Salt water through your system.
