Can't say I've ever heard of it, even though I use the oil and seeds on salads etc. I'd probably try and make some dehydrated onion bread (if you have a dehydrator) with ground sunflower seeds, hemp powder, hemp oil (or olive) and minced onions. Perhaps sprinkled on fresh fruit might give it a nice 'nutty' edge (but having never tried it can't vouch for that!)
