This is pretty much off topic since I am only painting with Lugol's at this time, and I really don't think this is detox, but I read about some of you that used to have allergies who don't anymore.

I have perused the allergy and asthma forums and have not found anything really that has helped. Anyway, I have seasonal and conditional allergies. For any of you who have allergies in the past, what types of things did you do to get rid of them (besides Iodine - i get that)? Or alleviate the symptoms? Although uncomfortable, I can pretty much handle the sneezing and runny/itching eyes, itching throat, etc, but I can't handle the asthma that hits me when I wake up in the morning. It feels like I'm gasping for breath. It only hits me when I first wake up, but like this morning, I was up at 5:30am and couldn't get back to sleep because of it! When I OP, it usually takes away the asthma feeling, but that didn't even completely take it away this morning. I am so close to going to the poison doctor to get an inhaler for this - but I really don't want to do that!! Anyone have any good remedies for this? BTW, I took ACV/local raw honey last night before bed (that usually helps too) and again this morning, but it still lingered.

I'm thinking after reading "Daughter of Yah"'s post regarding taking Iodine last night and waking up feeling great, I may just do that! At this point, other than not being able to breath at all, I can't see where it could make things any worse! Any thoughts?

Sorry for the OT and thanks for any advice you can give me!!
Marnie

Editing to add: my head feels stuffed (a lot of pressure) and my ears have random sharp stabbing pains, kind of like an ear infection, except I never get infections in my ears. Any ideas?
