Hello Ronnie the English!! :)

I found the recipe I use at this address:

//www.curezone.org/art/read.asp?ID=28&db=5&C0=818

I have included it in this message below.

You can learn all about enemas of all kinds at this address, and there are lots of good ones:

//www.curezone.org/art/1.asp?C0=818

coffee enema Recipe:

To make coffee concentrate, which will do 3 to 4 enemas, in a non-metal pot (I use a glass coffee pot),
pour 4 cups of filtered or distilled water and
3/4 cup of organic coffee enema (finely ground) from health store. Stir the coffee to make sure all is mixed in the water, then bring to a boil and boil for 3 to 5 minutes (while stirring occasionally)--The coffee tends to boil over if you don't watch it closely while it is boiling. It doesn't boil over while it is just simmering.

Reduce heat and cover pot or saucepan with lid and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes

Remove from stove element and let coffee enema cool down to room temperature

Strain coffee through fine sieve to remove as many coffee grinds as possible.

Because of the boiling process, some of the water evaporated, so add plain filtered or distilled water to the coffee to bring it up to 4 full cups.

Store the coffee in a sealed container and keep refrigerated.

This concentrate stays good for 4 to 5 days and should be used within that time for optimum benefits. If you want to store it for longer, simply freeze it in 1 cup serving sizes.

Coffee Enema Set Up:

In a large measuring container (at least 4 cup size):
Pour 1 cup of the concentrated organic coffee from the container in the fridge. (You may use a little more if you find that one cup is not strong enough. Experience will tell.)

Add 3 cups of filtered or distilled water to make 4 cups total.

Pour diluted coffee into a saucepan and heat it until it is lukewarm.

Immediately pour it into the bucket or bag and do enema right away so it doesn´t get too cool.

In whichever way is most comfortable (kneeling, squatting or laying down) gently insert tube tip into the rectum for at least 4 inches if possible.

You can lubricate the enema tool tip with olive oil. I use a water based personal lubricant like KY Jelly.

If there is rectal bleeding or severe pain or swelling, it is risky to force in the tube, as this may aggravate the problem or even perforate the bowel wall. (Always be very gentle). It is best to wait until any bleeding or severe discomfort passes before doing an enema.

It is best to place the bag bucket about 18 inches to 2 feet above floor level so gravity will send the coffee downward to your colon. Any higher may result in too fast a flow and cause abdominal cramping and gas. If the bucket is too low then the flow will be too slow. Just make sure the level of the bag bucket is best for your particular comfort and needs. Each person has a different preference. By the way, I always do my enema in the bath tub, so the mess is easier to clean up. I have rigged up a line that hangs from my shower head that I can hook my douche bag into to hang at the correct level.

After the tube is inserted as far as is comfortable, lay down on your Left Side and allow the lukewarm coffee to enter your colon. I prefer to lie on my back.

BEFORE DOING THE COFFEE ENEMA:

I always empty out my colon prior to doing a coffee enema. A coffee enema is a retention enema, which means that you want to hold it for 10-15 minutes to obtain the benefit from it. It's hard to hold a coffee enema if you have anything in your colon, so I use a plain water enema to empty my bowels completely. I usually run about half a gallon of water through my bag while emptying my bowels two or three times in the toilet. The first time, you may only be able to let 4 ounces of water out of the bag into your rectum before you have to jump on the toilet. After that, who knows, you may be able to hold all the rest of the 1/2 gallon, if you are massaging the water high up into your transverse colon and taking the water in fairly slowly. This morning, after cleaning out my colon in this way, and then inserting about 4 ounces of the coffee, I still needed to empty my colon some more. I could not retain the coffee. That's usually how it is with me. So, after you know your colon is empty, go ahead and put about 1 1/2-2 cups of coffee in. Don't put all four cups in at once. The coffee will go too high in your colon. You want it to stay lower in your descending colon/sigmoid colon and rectum. It should not go any higher than that. I hold it for 10-15 minutes, let it out in the toilet, and then take the remaining 1 1/2-2 cups of coffee and retain for another 10-15 minutes.

I hope this information is helpful to you, Ronnie. I don't know what they call enema bags in England. I do not use an "enema" bag. I use a "douche" bag. Some people use hot water bottles with an enema attachment. I have found that the hot water bottles stink. They have a strong rubber odor, which I would rather not expose my body to. I have also found that the douche bag is easier to use because the top of it stays open, so you can add liquid as needed without having to unscrew anything. I use my hot water bottle strictly for nursing occassional gallbladder pain.

Here's to your successful enema adventure!! Cheers!!
