To me it is strange that Reams promotes a low fat vegetarian diet.Did I get that right-correct me if not. Sounds to me like a guide on how to cleanse yourself to the point of loss of juicyness. I say lots of good raw fats and some high quality protein are important!!! I guess that's what you agree with if pointing to Weston Price. I would at this point not even be willing to try a low fat high carb plan.
My instinct says a big NO. How does healing the liver with fatty liver flushes on one front like Andreas M. relate to water and lemon for a month- very different approaches. Maybe some would combine them. lol I wonder..... Well, up to now we have nobody saying they've been cured by Reams.
