Dear Belle,

Boy this is all so helpful. I have had some sweeling and was at the doctor to take tests. All tests came out okay.
But since I have gone through three gall bladder/liver and am in the 7th day of my Master-Cleanse fast. I see that the pain
in my left little toe is subsiding. I will continue to do all of the things mentioned. I really appreciate this and
it just shows that getting rid of the crud in our systems. We are toxic beings.
