If you have moderate to severe acne, I would try to stay away from any form of Sugar including fruits or dried fruits. I've read that skin diseases indicate a candida overgrowth (located in the intestines) which LOVE Sugar and an acidic environment. I have Acne and eczema and am struggling to eliminate Sugar from my diet...SO HARD! Good luck.
