just that the body needed it. You've got to go back to the early part of our century to see what soda meant, and I believe it may also have been known as soda "ash" back then, and we need VERY little!

And, of course, all this time we've been denied our iodine!

Without iodine all these years to rid our bodies of the tremendous excesses of calcium, or calcium derivatives, the calcium has been allowed to BUILD UP...adding more health problems to our already-diseased states!

I talked with Phil from iodinesource.com about this, and he said that we get SO MUCH calcium in our diets that we needn't worry about taking more. He simply wanted to quote what Cayce said, and what "soda" meant back in Cayce's day.

I hope this makes this more clear.
