I am sorry, but there is no way that I believe EFT caused this. I am an EFT Practitioner and have only experienced great things with its use.

As you know it is very simple to use. By all means use EFT for what you are feeling now. You may want to think about practicing it with an experienced practitioner. Practicing it with someone else can be very beneficial.
