After the spike the fall of course! I also once suffered from hypoglycemia and many have done just what you are doing by adding fruit juices or bsm to the lemon mix!
Many also do the lemon/distilled water treatment while not on the fast ,however it takes much longer to notice the benefits!
Myself I do just fine and continue to improve on the Moreless drink! I will one day replace the ACV with with lemon when I can locate a decent lemon!
