Hi there. :-)

I have always had problems with my complexion (pimples, blackheads, and when I am overloading on sugar, acne).

Well, when I eat 100% raw vegan, my face clears up. Also, I just ruined my juice fast today, but I did maintain it for 11 days. My face was pretty clear the whole time, but I did eat raw vegan for a few days prior to the fast also.
