yes, of course.

i think 50mg/day is a good number. it seems like the minimum for the poisoned world we live in. that is why my therapy is double that much at least every day. and if i feel like it, i can double that as well. it hasnt seemed to be necessary. i keep healing up in places i wasnt even aware of or didnt even give any thought to any more. i was so sick for so long, i obviously didnt have a clue what well was. i thought i was well, but i keep getting better. wow.
