I have been oil pulling for about 6 weeks....Have my neighbor and his wife doing every day for last 4 weeks. Had my normal dentist cleaning last week and both hygenist and dentist were very intrigued when I explained oil pulling. Got thumbs up on the condition of my teeth. It is simple and effective..plan on continuing
