How are you taking the coconut oil? I am new to the coconut thing (about 2 months) and I have noticed that if I mix it in with a veggie (green beans, corn etc...) I have energy and feel pretty good, but if I use it with anything else, it gives me a terrible headache and makes me nauseated.
