Hello everyone

My local super market has dates, not too sure but im pretty sure they are dry and taste very sweet. The local health food shop also has figs/peruns and other dried fruits. These foods taste very sweet but pretty sure have no other added sugar.

Is it alright to eat these foods. and any other products that have Sugar in them but not labed under the ingreditents.
