The interesting thing about Cayce was that using Iodine comes up in a huge number of his medical readings. So he considered it to be essential to health. He specified a special form of Iodine that was 'detoxified'. I also learned that the famous Hoxsey formula used Iodine to potentize it and by extension I should think that adding iodine to other health products would also potentize them. I drink liquid B-vitamins and add my iodine and liquid oxygen to it. I find it adds a lift.
