Reams lemon juice fast,which is basically what the the Liver Regeneration Protocal is, is much more then just a few glasses of lemonade , it entails a month or more of fasting on raw lemon juice and distilled water and should only be done with some kind of guidance! However some people are actually allergic to the juice and those with blood glucose problems have to be especially carefull as pure lemon will spike your blood glucose levels!
