Ok so I've been gearing up to a juice fast and have been researching as much as possible and plan to start very soon and go for as long as I feel my body wants to.

However I've just been informed of an event that I have to go to around the beginning of June...... all great. BUT then I've just started worrying that my body will be in cleansing mode and my face will be covered in eruptions of all kinds and pustules of muck

Not a good look if I have to go to this event.... which I do. Oh dear

Thoughts and advice? Pleeeeaase?
