I don't know what the Chanca is but I just did it this past Fri/Sat. This was my third but I guess everytime is different. I didn't see alot of stones this time but there were more pea sized on the first 2. I have fatty liver and elevated enzymes now. I go for another ultrasound tomorrow. The Epsom Salt water does taste like crap but just drink water afterwards or brush your teeth afterwards. Using a straw helps also.
